I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFC51116). In my private practice, I work with adults, couples, children, and families in Downtown SF. I have also served children and their families as a Therapist & Care Manager at Edgewood Center for Children & Families in residential, day treatment, and partial hospitalization settings. I developed this blog for people considering or interested in the topics psychotherapy or psychoanalysis. There's a lot of misleading information out there about what these processes entail, how they work, and how inaccessible they are. I hope to debunk some of the mystery.
